How to buy a ticket
You can reserve and purchase tickets in the ways below.
Please understand that tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled.

Precautions
Please show us your members card if you are one of the Kitara Club members.
Guests purchasing U18, U25 tickets or student tickets will be requested to present their ID indicating their age or student ID, respectively.
Kitara Ticket Center requests guests purchasing tickets in person at the counter to leave their name for contact in case of contingencies such as cancellation of concerts; those who neglect to do so will not receive emergency information. Guest information may be provided to event organizers as necessary.
It should be noted that refunds will only be made for the price of the ticket. Please also note that the postage and handling charges paid by ticketholders when purchasing tickets are not subject to refund.
