How to buy a ticket
You can reserve and purchase tickets in the ways below.
Please understand that tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled.
Online
Reservation
After you choose your favorite performance, you can click the button on the performance schedule page.
If you like to reserve your tickets by online, you need to register to be a member of Gettii (It's free). If you are already one of the members, enter your password and login to reserve your tickets.
You need to fill out application form to be a Gettii member to make reservation for your tickets by online.
- If you are already a member of Kitara Club, you need to receive your ID from Kitara Club Office.
- If you register by yourself, you cannot get any benefits for the members.

Delivery method
You can get your ticket at any 7-Eleven(Convenience Store) in Japan.

※1 As the ticket pick-up period differs depending on the day the reservation is made, please make sure to pick up the ticket by the reservation validity date indicated on the e-mail received upon completing your reservation.
Failure to do so will render the reservation invalid.
※2 Kitara Club members may purchase tickets without service fees only for events hosted by Sapporo Concert Hall.
Note
・Those who purchased a U18, U25 or student discount ticket must bring their ID/student ID with them on the day of the event.
・Seat changes or cancellations may not be made after payment unless the event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure. Please note that only the price of the ticket will be refunded if the event is cancelled or postponed. The payment handling fee and/or ticketing fee will not be refunded.
・In principle, wheelchair seats are not available online. When tickets for such seats are available at the Kitara Ticket Center, they can be purchased at the Kitara Ticket Center window or via telephone reservation. The availability of wheelchair seating varies by concert. Please contact each event promoter for details.
