How to buy a ticket

You can reserve and purchase tickets in the ways below.
Please understand that tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled.

Reservation

You will be asked title and date of performance, grade of seats, payment and delivery method for reservation.
After completed the reservation, your reservation number will be given.

Delivery method

Tickets can be collected from Kitara Ticket Center, delivered by mail or 7-Eleven.
It should be noted that refunds will only be made for the price of the ticket. Please also note that the handling charges paid by ticketholders when purchasing tickets are not subject to refund.

Kitara Ticket Center	Business hours: 10:00-17:00 (Extended to the event start time, 19:00 at the latest, when there are events starting at 17:00 or later) Please come to get your ticket at the day we tell you by phone. Please show us your reservation number and members card if you are one of the Kitara Club members. Guests purchasing U18, U25 tickets or student tickets will be requested to present their ID indicating their age or student ID, respectively.
Mail	Please tell your credit card number and expire date to the operator(in one lump sum only). Mail fee: 600 yen (400 yen for Kitara Club members)
7-Eleven	Please tell your reservation number at the 7-Eleven register. Service fees will be charged in addition to the price of the ticket. Payment handling fee: 165 yen per reservation (incl. tax) Ticketing fee: 110 yen per ticket (incl. tax) (Service fees will not be charged to Kitara Club members only for events hosted by Sapporo Concert Hall.)
